What is the shipping time? (Free shipping for all orders)

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 1-2 business days, provided you have submitted your wrist size and a valid shipping address. Once completed, your order is prepared for shipping. We use SF Express Shipping for both international and local deliveries. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Duties and Fees (U.S. Orders)

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs. We guarantee that there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Duties and Fees (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
